Lyra Adapter

This is a controller specifically designed for the Soma Lyra 8/4, created and assembled by Ear Modular, a boutique manufacturer from China specializing in unique modules and controllers.

With this controller, you can use Eurorack system to drive your Soma Lyra synthesizer, offering a new way to create automatic performances with the mystical Lyra. The magnetic attachment system makes installation incredibly convenient. Equipped with LED indicator lights.

Latest Update:

Due to the lightweight design introduced in the latest batch of SOMA Lyra-4, including changes to the chassis and metal pads with new materials, our controller now requires the included metal pins for proper operation.

This only applies to the newest Lyra-4 models—Lyra-8 remains unaffected. However, we are unable to distinguish between the new and old versions based on production codes, as they appear identical. You can use a magnet test to check the material difference.

If you want to adapt to the latest production batch of Lyra-4, you will need to manually replace the metal pins, which requires some patience. The metal pins are included by default with the product shipment.
